Seeking therapy is often a significant step. Whether you're struggling with low self-esteem, people-pleasing, perfectionism or something else entirely, the aim is not simply to gain insight but to create meaningful and lasting change.

The process begins with a brief introductory conversation so we can explore what brings you to therapy and whether this way of working feels like the right fit for you.

2. Have a Free 15-Minute Introductory Conversation

This is a no-obligation conversation to discuss what is bringing you to therapy, answer any initial questions and get a sense of whether working together feels like the right fit.

3. Begin Therapy

If we decide to work together, we'll arrange an initial session and discuss whether weekly or fortnightly therapy is likely to be most appropriate for your circumstances.

Availability

I am available in-person in Bath, Somerset on Wednesdays and Thursdays and online on Mondays, Tuesdays and Fridays. I offer online therapy throughout the UK and, where appropriate, internationally.
