    You can book a free 15-minute introductory chat. This is a brief, no-obligation conversation to talk about what’s bringing you to therapy, ask any initial questions and get a sense of whether this way of working is likely to be a good fit.

  3. Begin Therapy 

    If we decide we’re a good fit, we’ll arrange an initial session with the intention of working together weekly or fortnightly.

    Availability - I currently offer online therapy across the UK (and in some other countries) as well as in-person sessions in central Bath.
